The Concare Difference Begins with the Quality Assurance System
Like a doctor, we believe that a floor’s "cure" can only be found after a thorough diagnosis and solved by prescribing the right "treatment." That’s what the Concare Quality Assurance System is all about: systematically assessing your facility and designing a customized flooring system to meet your needs.
Evaluation
Evaluation is the first step in Concare’s four-part Quality Assurance System. The condition of your facility’s new or existing concrete, physical requirements of your flooring and your company’s special operational needs are all addressed.
Recommendation
After evaluating your floor’s current condition; its typical use and abuse; EPA, FDA, USDA and 5S mandates; maintenance requirements and your time restrictions, it’s critical to choose the appropriate flooring system. This is when a Concare Sales Specialist customizes recommendations for your facility’s special needs.
Preparation
Preparation is the hidden key to floors that last. Without proper prep, floors can de-bond, de-laminate and just plain fail long before their time. Concare has some of the biggest and best concrete preparation available to get your prep right the first time.

Application
The final stage in Concare’s Quality Assurance System is Application. With an inside support staff, field-tested installers and long-term warranty protection, you’ll have the best flooring installation experience possible.
