GuardRight^™ UC System

Providing a quicker set time than GuardRight™ EC, GuardRight™ UC is more abrasion-resistant and provides the highest level of temperature resistance Concare offers. With the ability to withstand boiling spills of water, oil and other liquids, GuardRight™ UC systems are designed to be functional, not decorative. GuardRight™ UC adds resilience and resistance to a variety of chemical spills as well.

Choose from the following GuardRight™ UC system additions to improve your floor’s performance:

Anti-Microbial

Floors that defend against bacteria and microbial contamination are essential in food, pharmaceutical and healthcare facilities. Concare’s anti-microbial formulas resist germs, pathogens and other microorganisms, keeping your facility and your product safe.

Concare’s anti-microbial properties are integral to the material, so as the floor wears the biostat remains active. Both chemical and inert silver ion versions are available.

ColorQuartz (CQ)

ColorQuartz (CQ) is multi-colored aggregate that provides additional strength and traction, and is available in a variety of tweed color choices to suit your design style. Since it is “seeded” into wet resin, ColorQuartz provides a textured, enhanced traction finish while adding a decorative look to the finished floor. Cove Base

Installing a cove base prevents liquids and harmful chemicals from leaking under walls. With a cove, floor-to-wall right angles are eliminated, improving and simplifying cleaning in critical areas. Adding cove base also produces a more attractive look and can even be done in a contrasting color.

Enhanced Traction

Prevent slip-and-fall accidents in wet areas and save time and money by adding the right texture to your flooring system. Choose from polypropylene, quartz, aluminum oxide or even granite to customize the texture of your choice. Textures range from light to very aggressive.

Floor Markings

Whether you require striping for safety, product locators for inventory, location marks for your 5S program or even a company logo, Concare can provide it with a variety of specialty floor markings.

Sloping

Do you need to drain liquids from your floor? Concare’s team can easily change your floor’s profile, using compatible materials to achieve the desired pitch for drainage and safety.

Steel Chips

If your floors suffer intense daily abuse, Steel Chips are fundamental to guarding against premature wear and tear. Small steel bits are blended with the aggregate, providing maximum abrasion resistance. Steel Chips are ideal for heavy manufacturing and high abuse areas and has the added benefit of minimizing the buildup of static electricity.

Waterproofing

Protect people, processes and equipment with a Waterproofing Membrane. A long-lasting Waterproofing Membrane is ideal for wet areas where seepage is an issue. Concare’s Waterproofing Membranes also prevent leaks from pump rooms, washrooms, kitchens and parking garages.
