At Concare, our warranty is one you can count on, covering both adhesion and durability for a minimum of three years. You’ll find our warranty on every Concare proposal.
Standard Warranty
Concare was first to extend a warranty for premature wear-through of our flooring system for the time period stated, if you are still using the floor for its originally intended purpose. Abusive damage caused while relocating materials on the floor, dragging equipment, pushing skids or using inappropriate cleaning solvents is not intended to be covered by our warranty. Your cooperation is essential to assure the useful life and wear of this flooring system by implementing a consistent housekeeping program. Concare can assist you in designing and implementing an appropriate care program at any time, so just call us to tap into our expertise.
Concare’s warranty also extends to adhesion of our applied flooring system for the time period stated. This covers adhesion failure due to poor workmanship or materials, but excludes adhesion failure due to conditions beyond our control, such as high rH moisture, substrate failure or abuse.
