Ordering Terms and Conditions
- Each case of Concare Solutions™ cleaning products contains 4 one-gallon units. Cases cannot be broken into individual gallon units. Some products are available in 5-gallon pail or drum size by special order. Contact Concare for pricing information.
- Illinois residents add 8.75% tax.
- Concare, Inc. does not accept checks or CODs; VISA or MasterCard payments only.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
- Concare, Inc. only ships products to businesses in the continental U.S. Sorry, no shipping to P.O. boxes or residences.
- If the items you order are in stock*, Concare will package and ship them to you within 2 business days. Most in-stock orders ship out within 24-28 hours of order placement.

"I know that you crews always handle...
my floor projects efficiently and effectively but this last job they went above and beyond. Your crew lead by Pedro was working in my Mixing Department and had to put an epoxy coating over an existing dairy tile floor. They stopped before removing 3" - 4" of mortar that would have been very expensive and unnecessary to replace and gave me a nice option of leaving good tiles, grinding down the top surface for good bonding of the epoxy to the tile and then a very nice finished coating with a smooth edge. I’ve had several managers comment about how good the floor looks and because you’ve set the bar so high with previous jobs, this is truly a compliment. Unfortunately for Concare, we’ve gotten used to nice epoxy coated floors so we can take the newly coated areas for granted but this particular job stood out due to the difficult nature of the area. Thank you to you and your crew for the continued efforts on helping me get my floors in good shape for food manufacturing. I do appreciate the hard work and time that goes into these results."
